Registration fees include:
- participation in all sessions,
- conference bag,
- welcome cocktail on Monday 26 October,
- cultural trip on Wednesday 28 October,
- conference dinner on Thursday 29 October,
- lunches,
- coffee breaks.
Participants who wish to become a member of SOVE and benefit from the reduced registration fee for SOVE members must complete the membership registration and pay the membership fee through the following website:

Please note that SOVE membership must be processed and the membership fee paid separately through the ESOVE Congress website before registering for the congress at the reduced member rate.
REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Grupo Pacifico will not accept registrations by phone. Registration must be done filling an individual online registration form. For early bird registrations, payment should be completed before the defined deadline; otherwise, the registration fee will be updated to the current one. - Full payments are required before the conference, except for on-site registrations. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after the payment is received. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.
- All payments must be made in Euros. Please find as follow the available payment methods:
- Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
- Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until September 11th, 2026.
- In the eventual case that a pending registration amount exists, it must be paid at the Technical Secretariat during the documentation delivery. In case a bank transfer payment has not been received, the attendant will be requested to bring an advice bank slip. Otherwise, payment of the pending amount will be requested.

- Cancellations received up to August 2nd, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 3rd, 2026, or registered participants who fail to attend.
- No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
Authorization and consent to use photograph or image
By attending the 24th European Society for Vector Ecology Conference, you are aware that you might appear on photographs taken during the event. You are also aware that these photos may be used by the SOVE association in order to promote this, or future events.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise for each photo involved, you authorise the distribution of these photos. If you appear in one of them against my will, you may ask the SOVE association to remove the photo. SOVE cannot be held responsible for the publication of this photo after a reasonable period of opposition.
